    😢 i just read the comments but i have burnt only 150 calories as some excersie o cant do due to my knee pain and i am over weight cant take risk to be bed ridden.i did 3106 steps.2.17 km just😅

    Day1:omg.... i try this and than realize i can't do pushups😢 so i learn how to do that afterwards doing this exercise and i was all sweat all-around me and feel awesome 😊 But please respond i sweat but i can't feel pain i am confused 😢😢

    I'm ectomorph, since childhood i was called "doesnt she get food?". In reality, i used to eat the most food than my other siblings. I still didn't gain weight, i got thinner during my high school days. Now I've gained un-uniformed weight, but still has low bmr 😢. It's mainly bcoz i do 12hrs+ of study in sitting position. From now on I'm gonna tone my body & gain weight,& lose weight of some areas

    This is a bit too difficult for me. I don’t have the upper body strength for some of the poses and the downward dog pose hurts my wrists. I’ll keep trying but I’d appreciate some idea of how to modify the poses that put so much pressure on the wrists.

    Thanks so much for the tips! Honestly I am tired, as a woman, to be constantly on alert to the threats of men. I'm also tired of the self defense videos that teach to get out of his grip and run. If I am attacked, rest assured I will make sure you are debilitated before I run. I have seen too many horror movies to know that they always get up and come after you, and they are often bigger and stronger than you, so ladies, make sure when you put them down, they are down for good.
